Symbol of the French art of living, Louis Fouquet could not have found a better ambassador than Cordelia de Castellane.

This figure of good taste and Parisian chic drew on the house's archives to design a delicate floral motif, inspired by Claude Monet, his palette and his love of gardens.

Born in this same rue Laffitte a few decades earlier, this customer loved Louis Fouquet's violet candies.

More than a collection of sweets, these creations have been imagined as real decorative objects for aficionados of large tables.

The eggs will be presented on woven wicker egg cups resembling Medici vases, with a rattan-style print, echoing Claude Monet's baskets at Giverny. A work of craftsmanship and excellence, without any compromise on taste.

All the artisanal production of our products is still made today in the workshop of the historic boutique at 36, rue Laffitte, located in the heart of the Drouot district, in Paris.

A young and passionate team reworks the House's traditional recipes to enhance them and imagines new creations that enrich our ranges of chocolates and confectionery.

Our artisans have mastered the complex art of confectionery and chocolate thanks to years of experience and transmission.
